What will this machine do?
This Dream Machine will register for me some objects that my deceased relatives used to like. When the crank is turned, an object that the deceased relatives liked will appear in each Space.
Why was it invented?
I created this Dream Machine because I want to record some memories of my passed away relatives.

This Dream Machine idea has been elaborated as part of the MyMachine DreamsDrop Campaign 2023
We selected this Dream Machine idea to be part of the MyMachine DreamsDrop 2023 Campaign.
Design Students at the Tecnológico de Costa Rica (Costa Rica) have been working on these ideas to translate them into a Proof-Of-Concept.
A proof-of-concept is a demonstration of a product in which work is focused on determining whether an idea can be turned into a reality, and how this could be done. It validates a product idea. (It is not a Working Prototype. That is the next step in the design flow: developing a prototype is a loop process in which product design teams constantly review and refine the concept until all needs are fully met.)
The students had limited time and needed to use cheap materials to demonstrate the concept. The results are astonishing.
