This Dream Machine idea is elaborated as working prototype through MyMachinePortugal. It was conceptualised by higher education students and elaborated as a working prototype by technical secondary school students.
How it works:
you go inside (maximum 2 children at a time) and go sit in the special seats. Then the door closes. The inside control panel will light up. The countdown begins. 10 - 9 - 8 - ... - 3 - 2 - 1 - Lift off. Moments later you arrive close the moon. In the ceiling of the capsule you can have a clear sight on the surface of the Moon via a large screen.
Then the return to earth starts and moments later you're landed. The door opens.
All the time you will experience matching music to keep you calm and excited.
